“The [evaluation framework] workshop that Ellie ran for us was well planned and thought-provoking. It helped to get the whole team to really reflect on the reality of our project and to come to a better collective understanding of what success would look like. The team gave positive feedback from the session, and everyone was engaged. A lot of work had clearly been put into understanding us and our project and it was helpful to see this distillation as well as to contribute our own thoughts.”

“Dr. King is an excellent research and evaluation partner. Her fluency with both quantitative and qualitative methods--and her good humor!--were critical in adapting the MEUX model to collect data about the impact of High Museum of Art’s learning and civic engagement programs. She worked hand-in-hand with our staff, offering guidance and mentorship to ensure our research team understood and correctly implemented the process, data, and analysis. Importantly, she also set the foundation for our team to replicate the process independently in the future. I highly recommend Dr. King to any cultural institution seeking more rigorous and actionable program evaluation.”

It encouraged me to consider my own measures of success more critically, which has changed the way I plan and assess engagement activities. I now feel more confident using data to draw meaningful insights, improving both the quality and impact of my evaluation work. Ellie is a brilliant facilitator and made the content accessible and applicable across a range of contexts.”
